Just for today, you can begin to respond differently. 21 days of daily practice inspired by Gokai — the five Reiki principles — supporting you in noticing your reactions, slowing down, and returning to yourself in moments that usually take over.
The program includes guided meditations, an ebook, and printable practice cards that support micro habits within your daily rhythm. The price of the program reflects the value of a single Reiki session, as its intention is to support a process that can accompany you every day.
Sometimes growth starts to feel like an endless process of self-improvement. More tools. More knowledge. More ways to become a more aware person. At some point, it can become tiring. As if there is always something more to fix, something more to achieve, something to understand faster.
And yet, knowledge alone rarely changes the way we experience everyday life. You cannot learn to swim by reading about water. Words gain meaning only when they meet direct experience.
We can read many books, collect inspiring quotes, listen to conversations about growth — and without regular practice, it often remains at the level of ideas.
Gokai, the five Reiki principles, points to a simpler direction. A return to the present moment.
Not forever.
Not perfectly.
Just for today.
It is daily contact with practice that allows words to gradually become experience. Not through pressure to achieve results, but through consistently returning to attention.
Whatever spiritual path feels close — whether Reiki or another form of inner work — its meaning deepens through continuity. Through small moments of contact that repeat within the ordinary rhythm of life.
I created this program from a very simple observation: it is easy to search for answers outside, while moving away from the direct experience of life.
Reiki reminded me that practice can be quieter. Closer to everyday life. A relationship, rather than a task to complete. It does not have to lead to a final point. It can accompany life as it is.
It is this regular practice that allows words to stop being only inspiration and begin to support a real shift in how we meet ourselves and everyday life.
The path of the program does not follow a straight line. This is intentional.
Growth is not linear and does not stop at a single point. The ups and downs you see are random — and that is the point. Your path is unique. Comparing it to someone else’s, or searching for answers mainly outside of yourself, only pulls you away from experiencing life in alignment with your own truth.
Just for today. Not someone else’s today. Yours.
an interactive ebook (116 pages) guiding you through the meaning of the five Reiki principles in the context of everyday life
21 guided meditations
21 printable practice cards
reflection prompts and journaling questions
a 21-day structure supporting continuity of practice
In the Reiki tradition, the Gokai principles are not affirmations or commands.
They are a direction of attention.
Just for today,
do not anger
do not worry
be grateful
be honest in your work
be compassionate to yourself and others
The words “just for today” remind us that practice is not about perfection or reaching a fixed state. It is about the relationship with this one day.
I intentionally create materials that allow you to put your phone or computer aside, even if only for a moment. The only part that requires a device is listening to the meditation.
The practice itself does not happen only on the meditation cushion. It develops throughout the day, within ordinary situations.
If possible, allow yourself more time without a screen. Even short offline moments can support a deeper connection with your experience.
I CREATE PROGRAMS THAT I ONCE NEEDED MYSELF AND THAT I CONTINUE TO RETURN TO IN MY OWN PRACTICE
After moving to Copenhagen, many people asked me about Reiki sessions. Not everyone, however, feels that online sessions are right for them. I began looking for a form that does not rely only on sessions, but allows practice to be part of everyday life.
Gokai helped me, a few years ago, to see spirituality as something very simple and present in daily situations.
Over time, I noticed that the way I relate to what happens influences everything else. This program was created as a space for that kind of practice. Not as a one-time experience, but within daily life. Without pressure for results.
From my own experience and that of my students, I know how even a few minutes of meditation a day can change the way the entire day is lived. The program does not replace sessions. But it can become something that supports you between them, every day, just for today.
If you feel this is a good moment to bring more simplicity into your practice, you can begin 21 Days with Gokai. Each day offers a choice — we can gradually shift the way we relate to what happens, to external situations, and to our own responses. This program is a support for 21 days of practice, and for what continues beyond.
Just for today can be a beginning.

No. These programs do not replace a traditional Reiki course.
They are designed to support your personal practice, deepen your understanding, and help you integrate Reiki into daily life.
I encourage you to learn directly from a certified teacher, as the transmission and relationship built in a Reiki course (in my opinion) cannot be replaced by online content.
Because many people finish their Reiki training and then feel unsure how to continue.
These programs give you:
structure when your motivation fades,
inspiration when your practice feels unclear,
a gentle daily rhythm that turns theory into lived experience.
They were created to help Reiki become something you live, not something you only revisit occasionally.
At the moment, access is available for 3 months, as I am testing the platform.
During that time, I encourage you to download all materials — meditations, e-book, and daily practice cards — so the program can stay with you for as long as you need it.
Everything is intentionally designed so you do not depend on the platform to continue your journey.
Yes. Each month I open space for a small number of 1:1 mentoring sessions.
These sessions are especially supportive if you:
haven’t practiced Reiki for a long time and want to reconnect,
would like guidance from a teacher in a gentle, grounded way,
need clarity on how to build or rebuild your personal routine,
want to discuss your experiences, questions, or doubts from your practice.
Mentoring is not required — it is simply an optional space of support for those who feel called.

No. These are self-development programs, not certification courses.

On a personal note:
I create everything myself — from the website and design to all audio, visual, and written content — while also teaching courses and facilitating workshops. Each program takes many hours of work, care, and heart. For this reason, all sales are final.
It depends on the program. Currently, the only program available to everyone — regardless of whether they have attended a Reiki course — is 21 Gokai.
The remaining programs are designed for those who have completed at least Reiki Level I with any teacher and in any lineage.
The programs integrate traditional Japanese perspectives with modern understanding.
The focus is on simplicity, presence, and the essence of Reiki as a spiritual practice — not a technique.
Yes. You can begin at any time and return to the materials as often as you like during your access period.
Once downloaded, everything remains yours to keep.
The daily practice cards are also designed to support you after the 21 days.
Each card includes small squares where you can add your own colors after completing the program.
This allows you to shuffle the deck and choose practices intuitively or at random, creating a flexible, ongoing routine.
Yes and no.
Many people believe that it takes exactly 21 days to form a habit, but this isn’t true.
The idea comes from an early observation by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, who noted that patients needed at least 21 days to adjust to change — not that habits form within that time.
A later study from University College London (2009, Phillippa Lally et al.) found that habit formation takes an average of 66 days, and for some people even up to 254 days.
There is no universal number. Every person develops habits at their own pace.
Reiki is not a magical pill.
Practicing for 21 days will not automatically create a lifelong routine — but it offers a focused period of consistency that can gently open the way for a deeper relationship with the practice.
Most meditations in the programs are around 15 minutes, so they can fit easily into a daily rhythm.
In the Shoden program, the Tenohira meditations are longer:
some versions are around 30 minutes,
the full Tenohira meditation is over one hour.
You can choose whichever length supports you best on a given day.
Yes. Whether you are new to Reiki or have been practicing for years, the structure and reflections invite you to meet the practice again with fresh awareness.

At the same time, remember that what you find here may also serve as inspiration. Nothing we create exists in isolation. We are not inventing something entirely new or creating a new practice from nothing. What we do is meet what already exists and allow it to pass through our own experience, understanding, and way of seeing.
As Vivienne Westwood once said:
“You get ideas by developing ideas that already exist. As I said, even God I don’t think ever was known to make anything from nothing. He had to have chaos and things happening. And when he made Eve, he had to make her out of Adam’s rib and some blood. And magic is always done from something. It’s like telling the scientist to throw away his laboratory. So we have a false ethic at the moment, and you won’t get creativity unless young people are taught to understand, that the value is in what they do and that you have to work very hard to understand things and to communicate things.”
— Vivienne Westwood, Forum Creative Wallonia, Digital Wallonia, 2010
Take what resonates here and let it inspire your own way of working. Allow what you create to be shaped by attention, effort, and lived understanding. Not by copying, but by engaging honestly with what already exists and making it your own.
A practical toolkit designed to support you as you begin offering Reiki sessions to others. It includes a pre-session ebook for your clients, a practitioner preparation guide, and a printable post-session journal — created to bring confidence and presence into every session. It’s the program I wished I had when I first began offering sessions.
58 micro shifts and reflections inspired by the Reiki principles. Created as a quiet space for daily awareness, inner balance, and honest conversation with yourself — just for today.
Below you’ll find what some people have shared with me. Remember — don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Your Reiki journey is unique, and there is no single perfect way to walk it. For some, the practice unfolds with ease; for others, it takes time and gentle support. In spiritual practice, it’s not about achieving or striving for something — it’s about reconnecting with yourself and clearing away what dims your inner light. Each of us is different, equal, and beautifully unique.
" (...) I’ll prepare everything you recommended for the people participating in the session. I can’t wait for this work — it feels partly creative, partly conceptual, and definitely meaningful. I feel a strong motivation to move forward.
Today I feel calm. And when fear appears, I notice it, but I don’t let it take over. As I wrote before — it flows. As you wrote — I have a practice. And my heart itself says: act. I trust this, and I follow that trust.
Kasia, I’m sure I’ll come back with more questions. You are a wonderful teacher and mentor, and I’m grateful that when Reiki entered my life, it did so together with you. Thank you :) Your message gave me a compass — one that led me back to myself, to my hara.” - One of my students
" (...) And coming back to the Guide: I still have trouble maintaining “rituals.” I don’t remember the names of the meditations, etc. The only one I have is a daily meditation, but its form depends on how I feel and what I need. I have absolutely no desire to conduct sessions for others. I don’t know how to talk about Reiki, and I don’t want to. This is my path, and I know that when the right time comes, everything will be as it should be.
For me, the Guide is very important because it shows how crucial what we carry within us is during the practice, rather than how we place our hands or what words we say. I often meditate in the morning on the bus—that’s my ritual: the first meditation right after waking up, the second on the way to work to calm myself after the morning rush. I don’t see the need to fold my hands in Gassho or draw symbols. I don’t want to attract the attention of fellow passengers, because their curiosity is energy that would make it harder for me to stay focused.(...)." - One of my students
"I’ve finished reading it, Kasia, and I must admit that from my perspective it’s a very valuable work. Your approach to Reiki resonates with me completely, and the way you write makes it, firstly, a pleasure to read—almost in one breath—while naturally inviting pauses for reflection.
Secondly, I have the feeling that the text itself brings me back into myself and reminds me of the feeling I had after Shoden—that I am deeply grounded in Hara, and that the external world exists, but it is me who is the center of my world, my power. It’s hard to put into words. And just as in meditation and mindfulness I return to that feeling, in the context of Reiki practice your text also anchored me within myself.
Kasia, I have the impression that your words both soothe and point the way at the same time.
On a substantive level—if I still had any questions after our exchange of messages, you answered them fully in the text.
I feel that through your writing I returned to the essence of working with Reiki for others. And I thank you for that." - One of my students
" (...) I can feel the practicality of this guide in every cell of my being, and every time I read your words I’m deeply impressed by how strongly the way you describe Reiki and how you practice it resonates with me.
The guidance you offer opens space for individual exploration and discovery. I know this because I’m in it, and I feel how it allows me, more and more consciously, to do nothing—so that what is meant to happen can happen.
An enveloping, empowering force of love.
Thank you for sharing this with me—it’s a great data update."
